When Complex Clinical Questions Need a More Coherent Response
Samar Neurodivergent Therapy Center provides consultation when neurodevelopmental differences, mental health, communication, trauma, medical factors, family dynamics, and service systems are interacting in ways that are difficult to organize. The
work is focused on making the clinical picture clearer and translating that understanding into something people can actually use.
There are two primary consultation pathways. They overlap in expertise but serve different purposes.

Choose the Consultation Pathway That Fits the Need
Clinical & Systems Consultation
For a specific person, family, care team, school, provider network, or complex situation. Consultation may focus on changes from baseline, diagnostic overshadowing, recurring crisis patterns, competing formulations, fragmented recommendations, transitions, communication, or how multiple systems are responding to the same
concern.

Training & Professional Development
For clinicians, teams, agencies, schools, service organizations, universities, and professional groups that want to strengthen practice across more than one case.
Training can address neurodevelopmental mental health, intellectual disability, autism, ADHD, trauma, crisis prevention, communication, families, systems of care, and the adaptation of clinical services.
